Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in High Wycombe and help support the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Booking courier collections and preparing shipments
• Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock checks
• Assisting with product assembly and kitting where required
• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure orders are fulfilled on time

About you

• Reliable and organised with good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team player
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience for an SME
• Proven ability to understand and follow written procedures and specifications.
• The ability to update and maintain an ERP system (or database)
• Demonstrated ability to inspect and recognize defective products
• Demonstrated ability to use weight scales, labellers, tape machines and hand lift trucks
• Have undertaken cycle counts and stock takes
• Experience in Using MS Office including outlook and basic excel skills
