What you’ll do 

  • Support all stages of the sales cycle: follow up on warm opportunities, answer technical questions, and keep deals moving.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries from web forms and other channels so outbound sales can focus on prospecting.
  • Drive accessory add‑ons, cross‑sell and Sapphire Care Plan renewals, targeting over 80% renewal closure.
  • Maintain and clean the CRM/database: capture all distributor and contact data, remove duplicates, and keep records accurate.
  • Log customer and field issues in the CRM to give Support, Engineering and Operations clear visibility.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to build and execute effective outreach campaigns.

What you’ll bring 

  • 3+ years in technical sales (or similar customer-facing technical role).
  • Strong technical aptitude – comfortable talking about IP networking (Cat6, PoE, fiber, switches/routers, WiFi, cloud concepts).
  • Proven follow‑up and organizational skills; nothing falls through the cracks with you.
  • Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience using a CRM (SugarCRM a bonus).
  • Natural rapport‑builder with excellent customer service and problem‑solving mindset.

Nice to have 

  • Experience in the field (contractor, network tech, low‑voltage installer) or working in a small, international team.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP), strong Outlook mail-merge skills and/or social media savvy.
  • Comfortable on camera for short product, training or customer success videos;
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
