About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Outreach Specialist to fuel our North American sales pipeline by generating high-quality sales meetings for our Outside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and loves turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, personalized email, and social media
- Generate at least 10 qualified in-person or virtual sales meetings per week
- Manage multiple outbound campaigns simultaneously Follow structured, multi-step outreach and follow-up cadences
- Research and identify prospects using: 60% existing SugarCRM database 40% LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Outside Sales Representatives
- Keep CRM data accurate, up to date, and actionable
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign results
- Share insights and feedback to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience handling high-volume outbound calls and emails
- Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills
- Confidence using LinkedIn and social media for prospecting
- Experience with CRM systems (SugarCRM is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- A solid technical aptitude with familiarity in areas such as: IP addressing, DNS, Cat6, PoE, fiber optics Switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and cloud concepts
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Comfort demonstrating outbound outreach skills during the interview process
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Background in networking, structured cabling, or low-voltage industries
- Hands-on technical experience (network tech, contractor, installer)
- Advanced Excel or basic programming knowledge
- Strong social media presence or content creation experience
- Experience working in small or international teams Process improvement experience
- Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional or marketing content
- Bilingual English / Spanish
