Actively drive sales of the US Networks business by contacting leads generated by the website, marketing automation, advertising, and trade shows. Work with field sales (Regional Sales Managers and Rep Network) to help close sales either directly through our ecommerce platform or via key distribution partners. Manage all aspects of Rep support requirements with respect to pricing, marketing materials, demo equipment, training sessions and other requirements as needed.

Inside Sales Specialist 

Role Purpose

Actively drive sales of the North America business by contacting leads generated by the website, marketing automation, advertising, and trade shows. Work with field sales (Regional Sales Managers and Rep Network) to help close sales either directly through our ecommerce platform or via key distribution partners. Manage all aspects of Rep support requirements with respect to pricing, marketing materials, demo equipment, training sessions and other requirements as needed.

Objectives:
• To support the North America Sales team by scheduling sales meetings
• To provide high level support of product features & benefits to potential customers
• To optimize use of the CRM and other sales tools
• To proactively manage a pipeline of prospects, follow up and follow through

Key Responsibilities

• Using a combination of social media, marketing leads, CRM databases, email, and call campaign, achieve weekly outreach targets across the U.S. and Canada.
• Leverage target lists and independently build pipelines of sales opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing email campaigns by contacting engaged users to book sales meetings.
• Engage website visitors through online chat, respond to web inquiries, and capture relevant opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates with correct contact and opportunity information throughout the sales cycle.
• Support the promotion of exhibitions, seminars, and product launch events.
• Filter and route any opportunity requiring a product demonstration to the appropriate team.
• Stay informed on competitors and market developments to refine outreach strategies.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout communication, promotional materials, and events
