Data Analytics Reporting Manager

We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining the British Board of Agrément. The BBA is looking to hire a Data Analytics Reporting Manager to join our Transformation team.

About You:

Role Purpose:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of organisational data, leading data analytics initiatives, and overseeing the design and delivery of business-critical reports.
  • This role will work across departments to implement best practices in data governance, uncover strategic insights through analytics, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to drive decision-making at all levels.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

Data Integrity & Governance

  • Develop and enforce data quality standards, controls, and governance policies.
  • Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Lead data cleansing, normalization, and validation activities.
  • Implement and maintain data stewardship practices across business units.

Analytics & Insights

  • Design and execute analytics projects to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive business performance by providing data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business objectives and KPIs.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and relevance for all business users.
  • Collaborate with departments to define reporting requirements and support ad hoc analysis.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide data training and guidance to enhance organizational data literacy.
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to support evolving data and reporting needs.
