About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HSQE Advisor to join our growing team. This is a key position supporting the effective management of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards across our operations.
In this role, you’ll help ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, while driving continuous improvements in safety culture, systems, and performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues at all levels to provide expert support, guidance, and practical solutions that keep our people safe and our operations running effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HSQE Management Systems.
- Analyse HSQE trends, incidents, and investigation outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and inspections, providing clear guidance on strengths and improvement areas.
- Assist with developing and improving processes, procedures, and control measures.
- Provide HSQE support to operational teams, supervisors, and managers.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, Safety Briefings, and contribute to new starter inductions.
- Support the development of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
- Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of preventative actions.
- Prepare monthly HSQE reports and support tender submissions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies including the HSE, Environment Agency, and local authorities.
- Promote and support behavioural-based safety initiatives across the business.
About You
You’ll bring solid experience in construction HSQE and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards across Health, Safety, Quality and Environment.
You’re confident engaging with people at all levels, able to communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships. You have a good understanding of ISO standards and CDM regulations, and you’re comfortable supporting audits, investigations, and site teams. You’re adaptable, organised, and committed to driving continuous improvement across HSQE.
