We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Co‑ordinator to join our busy HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of people activities supporting our recruitment processes.

About the role

As our Recruitment Co‑ordinator, you’ll provide essential administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring cycle. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and communication with applicants 
  • Maintaining accurate records on our HR and recruitment systems
  • Supporting pre-employment checks, onboarding, and new starter administration
  • Assisting with wider HR activities where required in our fast-paced team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and keen to learn. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working with people.

You’ll bring:

  • Degree-level education (any discipline considered)
  • Essential: Strong administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting
  • Advantageous: Experience working with databases or HR/recruitment systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A desire to build a career in HR and recruitment
