About this role:
As a Carer Support Advisor, you’ll provide vital information, advice, and emotional support to unpaid carers, helping them navigate the complexities of their role. This includes carrying out assessments, signposting to local services, and championing carer-friendly practices across communities, partner organisations, and beyond.
About you
We're seeking someone with experience in health or social care and a solid understanding of the challenges faced by unpaid carers. You'll need excellent communication skills to build trust and offer personalised support based on local resources. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you'll be balancing multiple tasks while meeting the needs of those you support.
This is a hybrid role, requiring travel across the borough of Haringey, with opportunities to work from home.
